As you can see this example has a pretty lengthy resume headline. I think you should keep a small one, so that it is easier for the recruiter to read. ‘.NET Software Developer’ in my case. As an experiment you can probably add along the lines of ‘.NET Software Developer Immediately Available’, or add other compelling text.
You can also try adding characters to catch the recruiter’s attention like ‘.NET Software Developer **Immediately Available**’ or simply ‘*.NET Software Developer*’. Experiment with other characters like ‘[]’, e.g., ‘.NET Software Developer [Immediately Available or some other text]’.
I leave it up to you if you want to jazz up the resume headline to attract attention.
